Its a karmic union with karma opposite saturn squaring the Sun.

A relationship could develop with Destinn-Vertex in the 7th with those Saturn aspects..

Plus our Juno's describe each other basically... He has Juno in Sag in 11th house (A foreign woman who is a friend, i.e. me. Im a mixed race foreigner living in Canada, we were friends first)

That is possible, I can see that, specially if the synastry is interesting but the synastry is not showing.

The Davison has a mystic rectangle, kite, and YOD with saturn trine moon tight so I do see this as a relationship that can be conducive to something long term and yes possibly one of your soulmates but will feel more confident about this after seeing the synastry or both natals.
