All I will say is that SEX solves all the issues. I have Pluto conj Mars and Pluto sq Mars with my husband. Without sex we would not last. I THINK Mars (his Mars) in this case sometimes feels the depths of my Pluto (also have moon sq pluto) are very scary and it makes him probe me because things are not out in the open where he can see them. Pluto doesn't like to be probed; he is the one doing the probing..

I have always stated that I don't particulary like anything of the sign Cancer BUT in this case, I feel my Cancer stellium is what saves us sometimes. I care, deeply, and I mend and build bridges. Had I had any other Sun sign I think we'd been doomed pretty fast.

My husband is an Aries Sun and I, a Cancer Sun.

Yeah i've been the pluto usually and I could tell the mars felt repressed by us not having sex, which sucks since my 8th house cancer venus and moon are reluctant to sleep with people so quickly

I'm always Mars in this whole Mars square Pluto aspect since I have it natally. Sex is very important to me and I need it like water. It's really hard to explain what it's like to be Mars. But I feel like it's a competition on who can do better when it comes to sex. Pluto is more powerful than Mars so I feel like I'm constantly competing with Pluto.

Sex can get crazy at times but I like it that way. If the other person is into it as well, it's a win-win situation.

Umm, it's like fights are magically solved by being *intimate* with each other, lol.

Kinda like that energy needs a release. If it's not getting that release in the er, bedroom, it will come out elsewhere as aggression.

I was Pluto, but this is what the Mars person said, more or less. ^^

I was Pluto and wound up having to break all ties because a friendship after a relationship was completely and utterly impossible. If it wasn't sex it was insane fights. No middle ground.

Totally.. ! Felt this way more with the conjunction, though.

I kind of prefer loving sex to wild, rough "but at least we're both into it" sex. Mars square Pluto is not my fave. It isn't sensual exactly... it may be passionate--extremely--but somewhat devoid of actual pleasure... in my experience... I don't like sex as a cure for fighting. Like "I'll fix you good tonight!"... I just don't like the dynamic. I'm sure with other tender aspects this could be different.

This, yes!

There's always the gym when Pluto doesn't want to deal with Mars' crazy butt though lol

Conjunction here. Exact. I'm PLUTO.

Ironically, I've often said that if we didn't have a sexual relationship, we'd probably kill each other. I mean, not literally, of course. (We've learnt not to do that.) But the unspoken tension would be so unbearable, we'd destroy each other with politesse and impersonal graciousness.

One of us would snap. No doubt.

I've got to be the Debbie Downer and remind everyone that a healthy relationship is not had by relying upon makeup sex.

I know, I know. Nobody wants to hear that. But, it's the absolute truth. COMMUNICATION, and sorting through the REAL issues are what lasts long after orgasms are had and the afterglow fades.

Really.

I'm very curious what it's like for mars as well, my pluto square his mars. His Pluto conjunct my ascendant and squares my venus.

All I know is yes, there is alot of physical attraction that seems to build. Alot of crazy arguments that don't make sense and mating seems to fix the issues but as it was said in the previous thread, relationships have to have real COMMUNICATION and logic to work threw issues. There is a difference between compassionate love and passionate. I like a little of both but compassion wins in the end.

I've had it in a few relationships and it's never worked. Ironically I have a synastry right now with Pluto square mars and we talk it out.

I think alot of it has to do with the natal charts as to how well you handle pluto and mars.

How does this aspect work for work and platonic relationships? If you have super tight orbs--or even a DW--will this lead to power plays since you can't really have sex with them?
