I can't speak for her, but I can say that she's made me more sympathetic.

I appeared just after she had a horrible breakup and would always be there to listen to whatever she would want to say. She's a lot better now...

She trusts me a lot more, although it was a close call to earn some of that trust.

Not to sure if she completely trusts me now, but were open enough to tell each other things and ask how each others day went.

Problem is shes a coworker and were both moving on to other things.

Since I'm a lot more sympathetic because of her and she's a lot happier and can move on is the karmic debt paid off?

I'm wondering if its worth keeping her as friend before we move on our separate ways.

What does the synastry suggest, its seams inconclusive to me.

i'm in the inside.

i'm in the outside

Can you be just friends though? Your mars is in her 8th, your sun in her 7th, her moon on your IC, among other things.

Also, her moon conjunct your north node indicates a bond that's hard to break.

From your post, and from the synastry, it looks like a meaningful connection for sure. But no connection comes without its challenges (for instance, do you have trouble understanding/communicating with each other sometimes? I see a mars-merc square).

As a rule, I'm not comfortable doling out yes/no advice, so I'm not much help answering your original question. But I can say, generally speaking - unless you find any major reason not to, it's always good to keep around the people you feel a connection with.

Thanks for your thoughts.

I kinda feel a connection and yes sometimes there seams to be a bit of disconnect or we misunderstand each other, but overall so far so good.
