Because your Sun and Moon are in cross signs, conjunct by sign, and close, geometrically, the midpoint of your Suns and the one of your Moons, which is the composite Sun and Moon, would always be conjunct.
If two people have this Sun Moon sign conjunction DW, their composite Sun Moon is conjunct.

I am only using Placidus, otherwise I would have looked at your charts you posted on the other thread
