Short question:

In synastry my Venus is trine his Juno.
His Venus is sextile my Juno.
(Both very close Orbs)

In Composite Juno is square Venus by two degrees.

How would you interpret that?

Thanks! <3

Gotta look at it in context. A square from Juno to a benefic like Venus can be extra juice from the grinder with other supportive factors in my opinion.. sorry if that's not very clear lol.. it just needn't be negative but it is likely part of a more complex aspect pattern relating to both your charts and the composite holistically.

I know Juno and Venus butting heads could be cause for alarm though in some scenarios... My Juno is square my pseudo-partner's Venus (out-of-sign, so it's a Virgo-Taurus square...) and we definitely struggle with the themes represented by these archetypes in conflict... there is a distinct element of struggle between my commitment nature and attitude and his romantic nature. Sometimes I'm pursuing certain outcomes when he's just being his dear romantic self. Really it turns my Juno on quite a bit. I think any Juno Venus combination, like any Mars-Venus or Mars-Juno connection, has a serious potential to be deeply romantic and sexy. Certainly the two people will be compelled to get involved with each other on some level given a chance; Venus as Libra's ruler especially vibrates with Juno whose rulership some ascribe to Libra/Scorpio energy... given her focus on equality within relationships and getting your needs met--that's more Lilith though she's like Juno's bodyguard..

So there are ways to address these Juno issues and also transcend them in many ways and address the imbalance of these energies in active ways which actually tend to fuel Juno's mission of equality if worked with effectively.. and give Venus something to do lol...

So like, what else are composite Juno and Venus up to? That's what I'm wondering. What houses are they in?

For us Juno plays hard and fast across all our charts, so that bears considering when noticing a Juno square. His Juno square his own ascendant and my sun/moon midpoint, and is conjunct my north node. Our tightest composite aspect is Venus sextile Juno.. Composite Juno is conjunct his ascendant; Davisin Juno conjunct Saturn and sextile Sun, Merc, Venus. Progressed composite Juno is conjunct Chiron on the midheaven and opposing chart ruler Uranus. In progressed Davison we have Mars conjunct Juno.

The charts are begging for a Juno square somewhere to get us to actually work on it. You know? It's just everywhere.

So I wonder what else they're doing for you two.

To speak very directly to your situation though I would say with the synastry it is clear you two are very amorous and this square in the composite just enhances the liklihood that you'll be putting the work in to ensure smooth compatible enjoyable activities as a couple. There might be some disagreements when it comes to love making/affection styles and negotiating the details of relationship (that could be my Virgo Juno talking thigh (.. on the whole you're likely to be smitten with each other. More info tells fuller tale

Yes the difficulty might be more to do with the Neptune/Mars/Juno stellium as the Juno-Mars strength is being dissolved by Neptune; so i can see why there's some difficulty manifesting your wishes. It lends a definite nebulous quality to that energy and drive.. as you say there are Neptune issues though so it's good to be in love and it's good to learn the lesson of unconditional appreciation/non attachment simultaneously.

You have lots of nice aspects to that stellium.. half kite pointing to the Uranus/Pluto is intense. I can see it is a deeply affecting and affectionate relationship from the synastry. The composite does look challenging but as you say it's good to be up to a few challenges in life... just take care of yourselves and one another... base line right?

I say pseudo partner as we're still developing our relationship. . He's here all the time, getting along with my daughter, we have an excellent time together, really love the world together.. but .. he has Juno square ascendant and the whole issue of loving commitment and equality carries some stress and strain for him; is also deeply desired and needed (squares to the ascendant natally apparently relate to squares to the nodes in that they demand to be integrated and worked with this lifetime in a big way). He's sort of always in love with multiple people and struggles with it. So he's having trouble with whole hearted commitment.... my juno trines my Saturn and quincunx my Mars/his Moon.... and my Saturn is conjunct his Neptune/South Node--square his Moon--so I really tend to be a grounding force a Satutnian influence... given my Juno trine my own Saturn. It all needs to be seen in context of our natal arrangement.
