Ok, I have no idea if this is even a remotely sensical assumption.. But he and I have Sun/ Venus/ Mercury/ Saturn in the 7th in our composite chart. Natally, he is a Cappy sun/ Cancer moon, while I'm a Pisces sun/ Virgo moon.

His girlfriend looks a lot like me too, lol.

Gosh, I realized what a silly question this is. lol. I just suppose the thought has crossed my mind in the past and seeing those aspects made me question it again,

Are there any other aspects that would show up to indicate such a past connection?

Check the planets and the ruler of the 3rd house of each of you and see if they connect to the South Node of the other. The 3rd house rules siblings and South Node past karmic connections. I've seen a few situations like that occurring before.
