I have read on different sites that it's good for communication. These are some of the sites I've read that explain this aspect. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced the same things with this aspect.
This comparative placement allows both to communicate about all manner of intellectual subjects. You will stimulate each other mental in many ways and encourage each others intellectual pursuits. Mercury 3rd house
Mercury in partner's third house denotes mental compatibility, and suggests that the this Mercury person stimulates the partner in areas related to communication, research and perhaps travel. This is an excellent aspect for teacher/student relationships. - I can relate to this because the person who has their Mercury in my 3rd house is older than me. At times I do feel like a student during our conversations lol.

Your partner's Mercury, which is the natural ruler of the third house, is a powerful force when placed in the third house of your synastry chart. This placement can really pump up the volume of communication. It may lead to frequent communication, along with more accurate and clear messages in a relationship.
