I have met a friend who was ( and probably still is) attracted to me. I am very complicated when it comes to relationships, i need to open up very slowly- i need to trust a person first

i am a cap moon, he is as well. we both have saturn, uranus, moon and neptun in cap - dont know if it means something.
we both pulled back after we got closer 8 months ago ( after some months of a delicate flirt) we both made hot and cold. i thought he was the one who pulled back but i remembered i wasnt very into relationship either. but i started to being clingy a bit and he pulled away even more. he didnt even want to talk to me about what happened.

so now its again the same and after 8 months he approaches again. starts not to ignore me and so one. ( before he could even turn his back off me, ignore me in a company)

just dont know if likes me as a 'friend just a friend' or want something more like it was a year ago.

it is one friend from a circle of friends whom i didnt develop a good friend relation- why? because i was attracted to him and he was to me from the beginning. and i couldnt see him as a friend 'only'. so i was usually shy and i was red on my ears- and he was behaving very weirdly in front of me.

when we got closer and pulled back - he started to ignore me, i didnt contact him at all. even tho i was writing to him he didnt care about me so i didnt care about him either.

and now its like when i ignore him he approaches on parties on meetings. like 'normal' friend to friend connection but i see he observes from the corners of the club or from the crowd...

i will add he never wrote to me first ( ok just once). even when we were flirting it was me who was initiating contact.
