Hi ILP!
I think that the previous time I forgot to mention that his Mercury is involved in your natal yod. Your Yod has Mercury as the apex, uranus as one leg and moon as the other. Yods and patterns in general are important in synastry as well, because when person's A planets are involved or form a pattern with person's B planets, then it's like they are intertwined and it is considered more powerful. I don't know many things about patterns, though, so I cannot explain to you very well the connection of his Mercury to your yod
I also saw that you are using equal house system and I don't know about that at all, so I cannot see his planets falling in your natal chart, as the houses aren't the same. Maybe I am wrong and there isn't so much difference, but in order to read the positions of the planets in your houses, maybe you could post a synastry and/or charts in web default style (in the option "chart drawing style" in astro.com)
Your question is what causes this major admiration and connection that you feel towards him?

EDIT : Actually you have TWO yods with Mercury involved, therefore his mercury, too, so I guess this has also something to do with your intense feelings. Your second yod has moon on the apex, mercury one leg, venus the other leg.

Yes from what I can understand myself anyway
Neptune is the planet for spirituality after all. And the nodes are also connected to spiritual lessons we might have to learn through this lifetime.
Maybe you could also make a new thread with a composite chart (there is an option for composites in astro com a bit under synastry) and wait for Todd or anyone who offers to take a look. But you should also mention that you don't know his birthtime, because the houses and the Asc of the composite chart won't be valid.
