I have this composite with someone i've known for years, and i am wondering what the experienced LLrs have to say about it.

The Mars opposition looks a bit scary to me, but i don't really know how to interpret it... we've been in a relationship before, however we are quite different in some respects and from what i can see i don't think we are very compatible romantically, so we are keeping it friendly for now.

I have been struck with this "business" idea with him and i'd also like to know what potential we have for managing money together. Is it possible for us positively, can i trust him with money?

Any ideas and comments are welcome and highly appreciated, thank you in advance!

Our communication feels very stiff at times, almost as if something is blocking the flow...
however, i very often feel like i want to share too much with him, even though i know he would not understand me...

the composite has some aspects that show balance and harmony for a friendship or business partnership.
the moon conjunct to Jupiter is often a sign of good business prospect with a business dealing with the general pubic. it gives a supportive and optimistic feeling in friendship terms.

mars is opposed to Neptune and the venus/sun conjunction and is opposed to the sun/venus-neptune midpoints also . this does give an affection between you but Neptune often gives this casual. this pattern is usually found among friends who like to socialize and go out together as part of the relationship. but as a serious relationship, this pattern is not so good as Neptune shows that there is no fidelity.
Saturn trine to the moon and Jupiter certainly stabilizes he relationship and adds to the favorable to outcome of business ventures.
the only thing that sticks out is that the mercury/Uranus conjunction midpoint is square to the Saturn/moon and Saturn/Jupiter midpoints. this is the aspect hat shows you have differences in opinions. This implies that you have different ideas on how the business should go and there ill likely be arguments .

any troubles will likely show up when the north node transits the Uranus/mercury square the Saturn/moon/Jupiter midpoints in july through September

You give very good points, especially where my concern is - that we may find it very difficult to agree on important bits.
