'Knowing where one another are coming from', to paraphrase an astrologer I admire. A sense of rightness in company with one another, fulfillment based on feel understanding and integration on subtle levels. It's a kundalini axis so the life force flows between these two people quite freely given half a chance. IP: Logged |

Midheaven is career though? What you described sounds more like IC aspects to me. True, the IC will be aspecting each other too but if theyre opposed theyd be in conflict, not in a harmonious fusion. IP: Logged |

The MC is inseparable from the IC. Career is one way to look at MC but it also represents the culmination of our spiritual life path; where we walk in the sun. I'm still figuring out the reversal myself but it seems that the deep part of each person's nature recognizes the beauty and fulfillment of the other person intrinsically. It could almost be taken for granted the connection is so integral here. IP: Logged |

With any axis I personally strive to find the balance point. There is a meeting and a merging of all polarities, in my worldview that's the nature of the universe. All true opposites are complementary as well as adversarial. The expression of angular energy can be very pure. It isn't like a planetary opposition (though I think these can be very complementary too despite the tension and 'other'ing going on). Think of the nodal reversal. This is touted as a beneficial soul connection. Squares to angles are demanding integration and acknowledgment--conjunctions to any angle travel electrically along it and influence both ends... maybe. That bit is a little far fetched maybe  But with this one it's a double whammy and mutually felt recognition. We know one another's deep motivations and are traveling a path which is fulfilled by the same thing the other is fueled by. That's my take.. The midheaven seems to be so often underrated in its importance and not merely about career; the motivations for the blossoming in the MC are derived from the root, the base chakra, the IC. The flowering of spiritual cultivation/career path/life's journey is informed by the IC. IP: Logged |
