initially, there is a very strong emotional/physical attraction as the mars/venus midpoint is square to Uranus. this shows the initial electric chemistry but it also shows a long-term relationship based on these dynamics is a illusion.
especially as Neptune is conjunct to Uranus. this makes the hookup even more social and fragile as Neptune often shows no interest in committed relationships, rather enjoys the "chase"
venus sextile to the moon does give an affection and concern for each other and with venus square to Jupiter, they actually have excellent social charms together. that is they enjoy each other's company and like to go out and socialize together. but this does not always indicate a romantic hookup will result.also the midpoint of Jupiter and venus is conjunct to pluto so the onus of the relationship shifts to financial /professional gain ,away from a simple romantic interest. combined with mars trine to the sun/pluto/mercury stellium. and the mars/mercury-sun-pluto midpoints are conjunct the vertex which emphasizes that economic achievements are the main concern in the relationship. this is also implied as the moon/sun midpoint is conjunct to Uranus and Neptune and opposed to juno. this shows the main weight of the relationship is unstable and illusionary. it seems she ,with the juno aspect, dreams of marriage or commitment. the central feature of this composite revolves around money/power instead of love.
there is a very interesting aspect in that the node is conjunct to the MC and the mercury/Uranus midpoint. sun/Neptune are conjunct to the node. this gives a strong psychic/mental/creative connection between them. with MC included, this energy is felt by those around them. so they might project an energy of intimate mental and creative activity that could lead others to feel they have a stable relationship or forcefully relationship. generally friends will tend to be confused and stymied trying to understand this pair.

but as to developing a committed relationship, with the sun conjunct to pluto, there is too much selfishness and ego to look for emotional commitment.
this seems like a workplace relationship to a degree but the Uranus/mercury/MC et.al. does make it difficult to see the nature of the relationship clearly.

I didn't use any angles or houses so it is not far off.
when one only knows the exact birth time of one person, then the position of the moon be will be only a maximum of +/- 1.5 degree off.that is if you place the unknown time at 12:00.
