Attached are 2 relationship composite charts- since I don't know his birth time I did one chart based on 12:01am and the other 11:59pm.

Would someone give me insight and read if it's meant to be or will we be just friends? Right now I'm just so confused based on his actions.

hi

with mars trine to Jupiter and the node, this chart shows a friendship, maybe a friend at work. but there is not really any indicators of a romantic relationship.
especially as the mars/mercury midpoint is square to Uranus. this shows he is abrupt and independent. likely he shows a bad temper at times when you don't expect it.
and with pluto square to the sun, there is no desire for a relationship as this aspect is one of selfishness.
the moon/Venus midpoint is conjunct the node showing there have been feeling of affection between but his abrupt nature indicates that he doesn't want to become intimate though he may have given mixed signals to you.
