I'd say that this aspect would probably means that each of you will help the other deal with deep, unresolved issues within you.
I don't know about the rest of the chart, but based on the aspect alone, the relationship may be heavy and almost draining in mishandled. However, done right, it can heal and transform you on a level you both wouldn't have believed possible.
Surprisingly enough, because Pluto is actually a slow planet despite its intensity, this transformation, while profound and intense, will probably happen subtly without you knowing it until you look back at the person you were back then.
Gone wrong, you'll both end up hurting the other and you will tear your friendship apart because each other creates waves of vulnerability in the other that can be unsettling and makes you uncomfortable. If you go past this, you'll end up for the better.

It's an aspect that manifests on the long term rather than the short term and affects more the one which houses holds Pluto.
