I tried using the lunar fertility chart found on Astro.com under extended chart selection, special charts. Someone on here reccomended this to me, as it gets your ovulation date based on the sun and moon in the position that it was on your birth I think?I just wanted to say, first month I tried this chart and I am pregnant!! It says that I will have a girl, fingers crossed I'm hoping it is. I wanted to say I highly advice this as a way to conceive !! IP: Logged |

Oh yes it was you Todd. Well thank you very much it definitely worked! I have found out super early I'm pregnant. (Conceived 8 days ago!) Could you give me any insight into my chart, I took transits for the day of conception? Your amazing thank you!! IP: Logged |

May I ask how you found out so early??? 8 days is not enough for the egg to implant and to miss your period. Best wishes, but don't get ahead of yourself. IP: Logged |

Todd can I ask for your expertise please. I've attached natal, transits and progressions for my due date. Could I ask for an honest opinion if you think I will be able to carry full term/have an easy birth??Thank you!! IP: Logged |

Hi bluejay, it's early I know, but I had an implantation bleed at 6 days past ovulation, and was told I can test 24-48 hours after, which I did. Here is my tests on 8 days past o IP: Logged |

That chart never seemed to work for me, it was way off with my ovulation cycle. Edit-i see the faint positive in both tests...i agree with Faith, id be panicking with those results, but i dont need to be pregnant!! Lol But its still very early cant wait to see your results in a few weeks! 😊 IP: Logged |

Looks too early to tell, yes.But if I got those results I would be in a full-blown panic by now! I don't want to be pregnant and the one on the right looks like a strong "maybe!" PS I've taken dozens of pregnancy tests in my life. IP: Logged |

It's a solid 50/50 right now based on those tests, especially since one of them didn't pick it up. I also think it's too soon. The only way to know is to go to the clinic to have them run a proper blood test. I can tell you those urine tests are usually pretty accurate, but you have to wait at least a few weeks after you think you've conceived to allow the hormone to build up in your system (which is generally why most women wait until they've missed a period to test themselves because they have no idea when they actually conceived). honestly, I am way over my head here. I don't have any experience with the nature of the question you are asking. I do have one opinion which is to make sure you get in a bit of walking every day. I was told long along that this is a good way to assure a easy birth. todd IP: Logged |

Ok thanks Todd. And same to you ladies, I'm feeling a bit disheartened now... I spoke to a nurse and a pharmacist who said any line - no matter how faint means a positive I'm pregnant.. I will test again in the morning eek! XIP: Logged |

Congratulations! I see that you were born during the Waxing Trine of the Moon, what a lovely Moon phase it is! I was born during the Waning Trine (Sagittarius Sun, Leo Moon) and I really love the energy of the Sun/Moon trine. I am able to express my Sun/Moon energy in a very harmonious way which gives me a sense of true well-being. I have known about the Lunar Fertility Chart (which is also called "the Jonas method", since it was a Slovakian doctor named Dr Eugen Jonas who came up with is theory based on extensive research) since years and even though my husband and I are not trying to conceive yet, it is a great help to me. I noticed that on the days the transit Sun and Moon are in the same position to each other as they are as in my natal chart, I am in a much better mood than usual and I also feel more energetic. Once my husband and I will start trying to conceive I will definitely use the Lunar Fertility Chart as I have heard so many times that it really works which makes sense after all because the Sun and Moon are the most significant planets in our natal chart and their position to each other is very important also. I don't want to briong you down, but the lunar technique at astro.com is a little different that what I suggested. I checked this out years ago and found a slight discrepancy, but there is a 3 day window so I hope you are with child. todd IP: Logged |

My Sun n Moon are 75 degrees apart...your lunar cycle theory is very interesting, ive never heard that you ovulate when the transit Sun/Moon position themselves into that same position every month.

abrightfutureahead, this method does not guarantee an ovulation date or pregnancy, but it is a lot better than chance. Women are not limited to ovulation on the days indicated by this method. But your lunar window should have been opened on the 16/17th of this month, and yes, with Moon in Virgo that would indicate high likelihood of conceiving a girl. This is based on the research of Dr Eugen Jonas of Slovakia decades ago. He was the author of Astrological Birth Control. The story is explained very well here: http://www.lunarium.co.uk/articles/jonas.jsp Other good links: http://www.drjonasmethod.com/index.php?fuseaction=services.howto This page may answer a lot of your questions: http://www.drjonasmethod.com/index.php?fuseaction=services.faq The luminary theory says that there is a window of opportunity for conception when the Moon moves into the same relationship to the Sun as it was at the woman's birth. That means not the same aspect relationship (sextile, trine, etc), but the same arc distance pre/post Sun. abrightfutureahead, for that means when the Moon is about 129° past the Sun in any given month. That generally points to a time 2-3 days leading up to it since it can take that amount of time for sperm to make it to the ovum. With the astro.com Lunar Phases Fertility Calendar as found in their extended chart selection under 'Special charts' just over the place for chart selection, you should be able to time this, as you apparently have done. However, this is just one astrological factor, even though it is a regular and strong one. If there are physical issues, or other astrological factors that work against conception a woman may not get the results she wants right away. I can tell you that this method is valid as I am able to use it to back-time conception (8-10 months) to check for validating progressed aspects when doing chart rectifications, particularly when I am lacking other good events needed for rectification. this method does not guarantee an ovulation date or pregnancy, but it is a lot better than chance. when i was married ,we never used any birth control except this method and never had any unwanted children. we had two children when we followed her moon/sun ovulation cycle. todd IP: Logged |

Thanks for all your input guys. Well I am definitely pregnant.! I find this jonas chart absolutely amazing, it calculates the exact day I have my periods and ovulate. It may not be accurate for everyone, but seeing I haven't taken birth control for two years I feel I am at one with Mother Nature. I guess different factors would come into account, but for my 100% accurate. I do hope this Virgo moon baby grows healthy and I give birth to a little girl ☺️If anyone has any knowledge on progressions to predict a healthy birth, please let me know! IP: Logged |

It may not be accurate for everyone, but seeing I haven't taken birth control for two years I feel I am at one with Mother Nature. this was one of the factor that threw off the Jonas method, if a woman had been on birth control pills recently, it took a while for her body to get back to a normal cycle Congratulations todd IP: Logged |

Congratulations!!! I hope you have a healthy baby girl(or boy) !I was a bit skeptical about knowing for sure so early because usually the pregnancy hormones don't really kick in at detectable levels until almost 2 weeks after conception. I know everyone's body and cycles are different, so the number of days will vary.
