Here I have some examples:

1.
Scorpio Neptune conjunct Scorpio Moon and Capricorn Neptune quincunx Gemini Moon
Father-daughter. Seems like these 2 spend more time "offended" or "hurt" with each other, than actually communicating. They get upset over the most rediculous things and stay quiet until the other apologises. Making up is always very emotional though, they are all lovey-dovey until the cycle repeats.

My Saggitarius Neptune quincunx Taurus Moon
It's me and my friend. This friendship has been both very supportive and very emotionally draining. We always have some kind of misunderstanding. It's definitely our Sun opp Mercury DW, though. Neptune/Moon comes in play when he sulks in. He gets quiet until I apologise. For example, one time I tried to send him a msg, but couldnt find his profile. Turned out, he removed me from his friends list because I didn't reply to his msg for a few weeks. His argument: "I thought you didn't want to be friends anymore because you weren't talking to me. My friends list only consists of people who talk to me." It was bizarre. There was a time when he added a bunch of my friend, including my husband, who he NEVER talks to, yet they are remained on his friends list, and I was removed. PS. He never even met my husband. So childish. And again, I apologised. We had 2 more situations, where I was the one to make a first step. He never thinks he's wrong.

My Saggitarius Neptune conjunct Saggitarius Moon
I'm in this situation again. This person, my stepdad, gave me more silent treatments, than I can count. Situations were absurd. For example, early Sat morning, he asked me to go to supermarket and buy a lottery ticket for him. I said: "ok, I just woke up, I'll get ready and go there in 20m". He probably expected me to jump out of the bed and run like it was a life-or-death purchase, because my answer didn't satisfy him. As the result, I got a silent treatment for about 6 month! Yes, half a year!!! There are many many more examples, in this relationship

and more...

What do you think guys? I noticed, that it's always the Neptune person who's more confused. In my case, I was very emotionally affected and drained, so upset to the point of making the first step, so I could get out of this situation.

I have moon square Neptune natally so I had this with everyone in my age group. When I was young, I was sulky (but also in chronic emotional pain! Boohoo, Pisces moon is a hard placement!)

As I got older I developed stable friendships. I doubt people would have considered me manipulative, though I probably was trying to get my own way, same as most people do when they are young and want things to turn out according to their wishes.

I do remember manipulating my one ex (my moon square his Neptune) but I'm kinda proud of my successes there as my intention was to spend as much time as I could with him, and if he was impressed by my head-scratching behavior and enticed by the mystery...well, that was my intention and he fell for it.

I have a moon-Mars-Neptune t-square and I've wondered if this is why I married someone with NO planets aspecting that t-square.

To keep him free and pure from my crazy?

Maybe a subconscious thing.

If he is trying to make it seem like he doesn't like me then it is working very good. But I am doing the same actually. I'm hot and cold-- like being really talkative and bubbly to him one day, then pay no attention to him at all another day (mostly because of work but I also wanted to see if he'll approach me willingly, and it works (who knows, our moon/Pluto might be at play too)). There was one or two times he was mean and it really really hurt. It was mostly teasing me (or he really doesn't like me... I don't know..)but I felt like I got stabbed in the chest. But when he's so nice it's very healing. Even when I'm in a slump from outside causes, being next to him is healing. Even from hugging him, it was healing. It's just nice. But when he's mean... It's kind of heart-wrenching..

When he talks to other girls it makes me jealous (and being jealous makes me angry at myself because jealousy is what I rarely feel). I'm wondering if he's doing that on purpose too because it's working..

We're also interning together out of state starting next week. To be honest part of the reason I wanted to intern there was because I knew he might have signed up for it too and I wanted to spend more time with him.. we almost had to share a 2 bedroom apartment because it was a cheaper option, and he and I had to find a place to stay in order to stay in the internship. But I already had found a place to stay, so he had to look for a place to stay just for himself. I'm just glad we're interning together for the next 4 months. Mercury retrograde better not ruin this for me!

I guess I always wanted the guy to take the lead, as in....

Show me care??? I don't know if I should care about you unless you care about me....

I agree with Neptune being confused. I'm confused as well. Moon might get confused too. Maybe both planets switch roles sometimes. I'm just hoping the trine really softens things up when we spend more time together, but who knows.. It might turn out like your examples. With Faith's examples, it's fits like a T with me!

Thank you, I hope things turn out well with me and him too! Turns out he has to wait a week because there's people that has to move out of the apartment he's staying in. I'm sort of sad I won't see him for another week but since he's coming on my birthday it makes me happy! It's a nice coincidence. Wonder if he thinks being able to intern with me starting on that day is a nice birthday present for me, haha

I plan on giving him a big hug when I see him. He says he doesn't like hugs but I think deep down he really likes them. He doesn't give them out, he's very reserved. But he doesn't ever push me away every time I do. I really like how he cringes when other girls touch him.

Hey Faith...i was just stalking this thread and read your post. It made me think, the best relationships(sanest, stable n happiest) they have not aspected my Venus. Usually thats not good, right? So Ive always wondered why NOT aspecting my Venus led to more stable relationships...where, i fell harder and they lasted longer.
Well....my Venus is a big mess!
Its my chart ruler and in my 1st, nearly conjunct AC, on my anti-vertex, its cripped because its opposed Chiron and Jupiter, plus conjunct Pluto...its to intense for its own good. No squares to it but no soft aspects either.

At the time, I had no idea that the Mars-Neptune quincunx we had could be so problematic; I even posted about it here looking for insights. I do think that ultimately, that caused a lot of our problems. He was Neptune, I was Mars. He would hide things from me to avoid causing problems or making me upset, and he would be way too agreeable to keep the peace' which was just him being a coward.
