I'd need your help interpreting a composite chart about a possible relationship, please.
It's not for me this time though, but for a friend who is too shy to ask for it on this forum!

For what I know, it is scarily accurate! They are coworkers and met in the very end march indeed, when we hired the guy in the company....

But (as far as i know.... Ahem!) They didn't go hot and heavy during that period of time. They were like getting to know each other, without much interactions. But again, i most certainly dont know everything haha!

Do you see anything about a possible romance between them? That's what my colleague is really eager to know actually.

the node transited the composite venus at 14virgo15 on july 10-12. so if they didn't hook up then, then it is very unlikely they will hookup on the future.
the main reasons are that venus is decile to mars. this aspect usually shows a change in relationships not a forming of relationships. it usually shows minor differences that upset any harmony from forming. also mars is semisquare to Uranus which shows he is simply not into a committed relationship right now.

They were pretty close indeed, until recently when the guy asked me why she was suddenly so distant with him...

So I should prepare him for the ugly truth I guess? :O

A quick update now, the guy is flipping out that he might have missed something "big" with her... We were on a Discord (like Skype) vocal call yesterday and he shared his feelings w/ me.

I've not seen something quite like this before, I personally feel like they are meant to be together, but there's a higher force putting obstacles in their way the whole time. Many things get in the way. But somehow I feel it's gonna end happily. It's just a gut feeling though.

Seems like i'm getting emotionally involved in someone else's problems once again, hehe. :P

What I feel from him is not like just sadness that their relationship isn't working as of now, but it's like he lost someone important, someone he might have spiritual ties with.

I really need someone to look at this, and detect anything out of the ordinary.

Sag women are often pretty smitten with Cancer males. I am one and it's happened to me quite a few times. I don't know what it is about them that makes me crazy. I think we have karmic lessons to learn from each other BUT out modalities are very, VERY different so if anything is to last - it will probably just be a friendship and not a deep romantic relationship. Not because the love and romance and adoration are not there but because the temperaments, life goals and general dispositions are too different.

It's honestly a struggle to have to constantly adjust to someone so different from you.

@llewsacm: For now, the guy only knows about the very first interpretation Todd made, then from there, I just allowed things to go naturally, because I just wanted to avoid "biasing" him... Then he started to feel down, I internally panicked but I've shown him support.
I asked for synastry mainly as a support for me to be honest, to know what was going wrong, and if there was anything special between them. :-)

@Yin: It sounds like you are speaking about Sun sign only, and about your personal experience, rather than this particular case. You should see them when they are together, speaking about the future, making plans, talking kids and stuff. Pretty good. Not all sagittarians are the same, not all cancerians are the same.
However, while there are plenty of factors that could make it work or crash it, I tend to agree with you, it's 2 different worlds.

I was speaking with an unrelated colleague last night. And she also see them together. As well as many people actually.

I think i'm gonna retreat from this and let them live. And observe from afar.
She's on vacation though now. So they wont see each other until early september. :O

They are talking together again, so cute to watch! (From afar! I don't interfere anymore at all!) I notice though that she's more and more receptive to his "approach".
Well it depends, one moment she's ultra-receptive, then suddenly she would almost (almost!) ignore him. Haha. Curious person.

And a lot of people (colleagues, shopkeepers,...) ask if they are together. :P
