Everytime i try to get close to her or when she act nice i just remember all the past failures i had with women and i run away..... She get angry but she forgive me..... And now i might not see her and she still in my head the whole time and the past still in my head too.... Is it only me going crazy after her or does she feel that too???? The planets are in pieces.

It's her planets in your 12th house therefore you have a karma debt to pay to her. You must learn a lesson from this experience. So... stop playing games and acting like a small child. Give the girl a chance. If you like her or course.

Does your saturn aspect any of her planets by the way? Do you have 12th house planets? Is your neptune also aspecting her planets too?

my saturn oppestion her moon and conjunct her mercury and uranus and sextile her venus and pluto. My neptun conjunct her jupiter square her venus and sextile her planets in my 12th house sun mars and saturn.
