What would this aspect mean when found in a synastry chart?

In a synastry, Venus and the Moon having any contact is a positive thing. Both being responsible for love and pleasure seeking attitudes.
Opposition has the polarity of being both appealing ( magnetizing) and repelling.
It is an attracting aspect, when between these two planets.

More than likely, there are activities you don't share. But you both like each other and can expand your social consciousness together, and be encouraging.

*This is a good thing*

Here's what I found regarding Moon opposite Venus in synastry:

"It eventually results in a sense of instability about the relationship. A couple with this activation is generally awkward when together, thus immobilizing any advancement of the relationship."

Venus-Moon interaspects:
These aspects smooth out many of the more difficult aspects in a relationship. Although these relationships are not immune to ups and downs and disagreements, the presence of this aspect in synastry creates an overall sense of harmony and compatibility. The attraction here has less to do with sexuality than it does with familiarity. These people have a strong need to set up house together and spend as much time with each other as possible. It is an aspect that almost demands physical presence—these people feel the need to be around each other, even if they are not interacting. They enjoy each other's company, and there is often a fair share of tenderness and care between one another. When challenging, the Moon person may at times find the Venus person a little too playful at the expense of his or her own feelings. The Venus person may be tempted to turn on the charm when the Moon person is having problems instead of sincerely confronting and resolving problems. Glossed-over problems can undermine the integrity of the relationship and of the emotional commitment.

F*** this confusing aspect.

Tranquil,

Moon opposite Venus

becomes

Moon (emotions) opposite (energy is over-excited by) Venus (relationships)

In a synastry this indicates that one's person's emotions affect the relationships energy of the other. When one person is emotionally excited about the relationship, so is the other. If the person is worried about the relationship, so is the other. And, if the person becomes emotional about ANYTHING it can have a direct affect on the relationship!

It can be very stimulating, but if all the focus is put on the "feeling" of the relationship, this aspect can cause definite OVER-stimulation in the relationship. Look to Saturn (structure) contacts to help stabilize the "over-emotioniality".

Simplifying,

Tim

otherwise i think its a great aspect in synastry, esp if you have some hard aspects to your moon or venus already

I just checked my synastry with a girl and we have this aspect. Moon Oppo Venus.. but we also have A Moon Trine Venus.. and our moons might share a wide orb of conjunction depending on her time. sadly im the moon on the oppostion end.. we also have a venus oppo uranus. does this mean a shock or sudden change in a relationship. or something that could blow hot and then just turn for the worse? I felt an immediate attraction off the bat her sun conjuncts my Mars in the 7th Im we also have Sun trine Sun.. Im not sure if she feels it as well but if I had to guess by the look in her eyes I would say yes!

It either means one partner (the venus) has a hard time connecting to the intimacy of the other (the moon). The plug is hard to find. On the other side, such an opposition could indicate that the Moon is falsy projecting ideal qualities on the Venus partner. Typically maturity and life experience is required to tackle these relationships issues, starting from reality. It is not a very supportive aspect for couples.
