HelloI have a question- what is the difference between draconic to tropical and tropical to tropical synastry? In that are the aspects played out differently? if so, how? Eg. Difference between someones draconic pluto conjunct somes tropical venus, and tropical pluto conjunct tropical venus. Thank you

I have heard that Draconic luminaries in draconic-tropical synastry will definitely be "felt" by the tropical person, as they're so strong and pronounced. Like my draconic Sun on somebody's tropical descendant is going to feel like a Sun-Desc conjunction.. this is what I was told. Perhaps the other planets are more subtle but will still have a profound long term effect as the people get to know each other/could make it feel like they already do know each other in that realm. It's both subtle and penetrating, draconic synastry, because it relates to our soul self, the watcher and the be-er beneath/interwovrn with the chart--the nodal self, the part of the self which is purely advancing the nodal mission from the perspective of I. Who am I in relation to my soul journey/learning mission? And then how does that I relate to you? IP: Logged |

Draconic Pluto conjunct tropical Venus gives that resonance but on the soul level. I would see it more like a parallel in energy than a conjuction. Less fraught, more like a harmonious blending of the energies because that's the Pluto the draconic person needs most to embody--or rather that which is most emphatically THEM... That's their underlying Plutonic self and it's perhaps more pure--depends on how it aspects their natal chart. If it does then it will come into play in the synastry in the context of that aspect to the natal.. for instance say that draconic Pluto overlays their natal Saturn... then it is going to be a more fraught thing, their Saturn influencing Pluto and the needing to learn responsibility for wielding so much power, and the heaviness of that responsibility becomes apparent in the synastry and gets dumped on Venus, who will be expected to play into this particular need for structuring and dissolving, destroying and rebirthing which we see with Saturn Pluto... Obviously. Maybe that's a bad example.Venus Pluto conjunction in tropical is going to be immediately felt and strongly magnetic. This person will hold an undeniable fascination and be very appealing ona deep visceral level. Same with draconic Pluto to tropical Venus but it might take longer to notice the depth of feeling especially if that draconic planet isn't stimulated by the natal chart of the draconic person. But even if it isn't it will still be felt--just on a deeper more internal integral level--easier to take for granted almost but perhaps more pervasive and deep at the end of the day, because we're so attuned to our nodal paths and somebody with Venus on our nodal Pluto will feel very very compelling and attractive--again in a very pure way which truly benefits the deep desire nature of the I-soul-self... Thank you for the response  Yes it makes sense, I have been wondering the differences. My Dr pluto is on someones tropical venus , ane their Dr pluto is on my dr venus, We have the sextile in Tropical. Our Dr-Tr synastry is quite aspected. I had been wondering on the differences between these types of synastry and what it means but what you said helps, thanks alot Please dont quote might edit later IP: Logged |
