From my experience, it keeps the relationship fresh somewhat. After an intense argument, Moon conjunct Jupiter is there to recharge the emotional overtone of the relationship. The only downside to it is it expands negative emotions as well.

I have Sun and Moon conjunct Jupiter in my boyfriend and I's composite chart. I believe that it is a great quality to have. It encourages forgiveness. It promotes an easy going and warmth aura to the relationship. Other people will be able to pick up on these vibes and you'll be seen as a generous couple to each other.
