Guys I just met a guy who has expressed interest and find that this is our tightest aspect. I've never had this aspect with anyone. Does this mean the sex is likely to be bad?IP: Logged |

I have this aspect with a guy he's the Venus and I'm the Mars. I never read anything about "bad sex" but I think Venus might sometimes feel that Mars can be too aggressive.

No, it doesn't necessarily mean the sex would be bad.
I have a double whammy with a guy i used to be in a relationship with, however his Mars is in Virgo and his Venus in Capricorn ( so kind of passive and collected). Otherwise, such connection is supposed to bring powerful (sexual) attraction. It was kind of exhausting for me, i always felt i needed to initiate more. I even told him so... i guess he's not overly sexual like many guys out there. Anyway, seeing as the sexual attraction is impaired by passiveness it can often turn in to friction with a scent of competitiveness, which is what this square can produce.Overall, our sex wasn't very good, although i thought it was passionate in the beginning, due to me having been attracted to him for a long time. Our composite points mostly to friendship factors between us, however i believe he is making subtle suggestions for us to have sex.  Not to mention that i also sometimes get weird sexual urges towards him. IP: Logged |

IMO Venus sq Mars usually plays out in textbook form. The Venus person wants to love and the Mars person has way too much energy. Sex, anger, even the energy you expend on your day to day tasks seems to be too much for Venus. You're impatient, quick to anger, and sex ends up being the solution to all of your problems. If you're arguing, you think it will all be okay after you have sex. Being the mars person, I loved the attraction I felt to the Venus person, I was crazy about him and loved having sex, but the more I tried to control it the worse it was. The interpretations I've read say the Venus person thinks the Mars person only wants sex, I think it's more that the Venus person gets tired of the Mars person mentioning sex so often. As the Venus person, I was eventually repulsed by Mars, but maybe that's because I'm a female? As the venus person I wasn't really into the sex that much, I just wanted the guy to love me and stop trying to do me all the time. IP: Logged |

On point..! Venus feels 'aggressed' by Mars. In all fairness, the Mars person may surely like Venus in other ways too. It's just that what gets expressed is *just* sexual vibes. Not that that's a bad thing.
Mars' animal sexuality (geez did I just use that phrase?) is what turns Venus on at first. But it becomes like tunnel vision. The prize - getting her into bed.. Is that all Mars sees? Mars is all fired up like, "I'm gonna have my way with you". And Venus, while flattered at first, later begins to feel like she'd be just another notch on his bedpost. Her refusal gets more adamant, his pursuit gets more hot-n-heavy and it eventually blows up and ruptures. Well of course - unless you have some patient Saturn and lovey-dovey moon or Venus in the mix. Then it (the Venus-Mars square) just adds some spice n sizzle and doesn't fizzle. Also depends on the condition of their respective natal Venus & Mars. Some Venuses really appreciate the square, some meh...not so much. IP: Logged | |
