I saw in a synastry chart Lie exactly conjunct anothers Anti-Vertex, is the Lie person destine to lie to the Anti-Vertex person?

I would think so or there is something fundamentally unspoken.
Interestingly Obamaľs Natal has Kenya conjunct his sun and Lie is 2 degrees away. Lie was named after a Swedish diplomat. Funny thing was he was a double agent... So Lie was living a lie.
