I would think the last place any Aries planets would want to be is in the 12th house.
I feel planets in the 12th have a lifetime of seeking ahead of them, and it will not be readily shared with others, unless by overlay of the other's Sun or Moon in their 8th perhaps, giving enough intimacy to feel safe to try express themselves and share their journey.

In saying that, your Aries planets may act as a mirror to draw out their 12th house planets, if you have cultivated patience.

Their Angel on your Moon, may indicate a protectiveness and guidance from them, but the relationship would need to achieve the appropriate level of intimacy before this would play out, I think.

Angles are conjunct, with their NN on your ASc., which many say is positive in synastry, but I am not versed enough on how this is so, to comment on it.
