I work in a law firm and this client is from another country. He was arrested in February and has been in jail since that time for dealing/possession of marijuana.

I've heard that the 7th house can represent legal matters, but I was curious if the imprisonment is shown in his Return this year? (The arrest occurred very shortly after his birthday)

He has a sentencing hearing coming up, and I was wondering also how to see what the outcome might be for him??

Anyway, any other insights are appreciated

Usually there should be some indicator in or ruling the 12th house, according to old astrology usually SAturn or Neptune in 12th, sometimes Mars, a luminary or the ASC, though this would have to be supported by some challenging aspects.

Sorry I can`t do anyhting with that house system.
