To quickly sum it up, the trines make for an easy flow and natural understanding. You will enjoy each others company. These aspects help to smooth over the rougher ones listed below.

His moon opposite your mercury means that you will probably, unintentionally, hurt his feelings with either your words or your tone.

Your ascendents being conjunct is excellent for "getting each other". You will go through the similar phases when the planets are transiting. I think this is a great aspet to have in synastry.
