How do Pluto - 8th house - Scorpio come into play in your synastry, composite, progressions, transits, or whatever seems most relevant to you?

Do you think Pluto plays a key role in those feelings of being deeply in love?

It does not necessarily mean love just as a default, however if coupled with love-planets-aspects or constellations, then the love becomes deep, profound and overwhelming.

I guess the usual suspects would be Pluto to Venus or Moon, and some asteroids like Amor, Eros, Valentine etc.

We went thru a harsh Transit from Saturn last year. I tought we'd part ways but we survived. TR Saturn squared my ASC/DSC and his DSC/ASC, and at the same time Transiting Saturn also squared his Venus and my Sun altogether.

Then TR Uranus went thru our synastrical Sun-Venus last year too. It was a very exuberant time.

We are both Scorpios.

My Sun and Pluto and Mars were in his 8th house.
His Moon was in my 8th house.

Moon-Pluto semi sextiles both ways (2 degree orb max)

In Composite:

Scorpio Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Pluto all conjunct Pluto except Sun located in the 7th house which was ruled by Pluto because we had a Taurus composite ASC.

When Pluto comes around unchained (by good synastry), it feels just like Saturn coming around to tell me I haven't quite gotten it right.

I was gonna write how tired I am of Pluto, but then I read Kannon's blog.

my thoughts exactly!
When I hear of a great love story that ended, my heart cringes, I look at it as an actual death, my immediate thoughts are something like "gosh, how tragic, may it rest in peace" and then I feel for the people involved that they have to live their lives knowing they had it and then lost it. It breaks my heart just thinking about it, mostly because love for me is the essence of life.
