What happens when one persons Saturn makes aspects to the other persons personal planets. But the other persons Saturn doesn't? Instead it's their Pluto that makes aspects to the their personal planets? My Saturn makes aspects to this guys Moon, Mercury, Venus and Sun(not sure if I should count this aspect since the orb is an 8 and separating. His Saturn only makes aspects to my Mercury, Jupiter, Pluto and Neptune. But his Pluto makes aspects to my Venus, Mars, Moon and Mercury.

I just mean how does the non Saturn feel about the Saturn person? Does it feel binding for both people or just for the Saturn person?
