i am about to start a little new project...maybe...
whatever, my main concern is the young guy i should work with resp he has to report to me.

however, i have found out that he is right wing !!!
he's a member of a right wing party that doesn't label itself right wing though; in my opinion they are new nazis.
I am really not aryan looking and i noticed right away that i find and will always find him disagreeable. Absolutely not a nice guy imo.

There is definitely too much antipathy on BOTH sides (he doesn't like me either) to make a healthy professional relationship happen

so. my q: does it make sense to accept the offer? will i manage to get along with him according to our synastry? i am quite sensitive and can't get through sth if i don't like my "partners". I already experienced desasters and found out that the synastries with those i had been working with were real desasters.

Any insights on the "relationship" dynamics i might face?
I am asking since i noticed that sun-moon conj right away and was puzzled

what do you guys think?
Attn: his birth time is NOT accurate, just a rough estimation; his moon could even be in late scorpio but i chose sag since he loves to travel

Enneline,

the Sun-Moon-conjunction first and foremost creates attention and responsiveness/ reactions. So it`s hard to ignore someone with whom we share a luminary conjunction like this.
however it does NOT - always - mean, love or even friendship. it really depends on the whole. Here it is swimming a little in the air, and seems to have a semisquare to his mars, which could generate a lot of fuss, energy yes, but maybe some kind of annoying energy in this instance.

While sometimes we can just pass by those individuals that annoy us and we find disagreeable with our life philosophy, this might get more difficult here with the Sun-Moon-conjunction. It`s like a red button that would get pushed, and whatever he is or whatever energy he sends out, you probably will instantly react to it, at least internally, and will find it difficult, to maintain a certain control (to not give him a piece of your mind hourly).

wow, thanks for the response

i didn't know that a sun-moon conj can be the "red bottom". thank you.
I always thought there must be mutual understanding with this configuration; but yeah sure, we need to consider all aspects
Also, his mercury is unsapected. I might not be able to explain things to him

maybe i should reject

on my last projects i worked with people closely that either didn't touch my luminaries (= i couldn't stand them) or we had venus/pluto or venus/mars conj. Anyways, i couldn't stand them and later i was like "you should have known better facing the synastry"
