You both have Mars on the ascendant... yours is conjunct his Uranus, which can prevent resolution and rip wounds related to Chiron-Saturn wide open over and over again... and his Mars is conjunct your Moon. The amount of identification with and susceptibility to one another's Martian force, especially for you as the Moon, would be very overwhelming.... but you have a lot to learn from him, it's just hard to integrate the lesions because of how easily triggered you both are. A lot of space and time is needed for you each to understand one another.... He has a mercurial Martian disposition, and his Venus/Mercury conjunction is square your Moon and his own Mars/Ascendant... so your relationship is very intimate with his own struggle to integrate discernment and loving communication into his rather forceful Gemini presence. This irritates as well as invigorates your Moon... I haven't looked into the charts too deeply but.. I've noticed this about Mars Moon conjunctions, and with Mars so dominant in.the natal chart we have a situation... probably verbal dominance and immense criticism from him, related to everything including aesthetics, and then we have coming from.you defensiveness, subterfuge and suspicion of motives, a seemingly endless circle. He is probably just as hard on himself as he is on you, has trouble integrating his masculine and feminine, and is self critical. Your ascendants are inconjunct... different approaches.
