I own this book and like the readings.

However, I don't like the authoritative tone and bossiness...well like Mark Twain said, “There is nothing in the world like persuasive speech to fuddle the mental apparatus.”

I've read about many relationships of myself with others. From celebrities, my wife, friends, coworkers, family, ex's... A lot.

I should look at my synastry/composite with the author of those books, because he's had an enormous influence on my life. Not so much with this book, but The Secret Language of Destiny, about the nodal axis. That's the one that lured me into real astrology.

But I looked up my NN with his, and that described it perfectly.

Shopped around and took complete artistic license in finding the right words to explain what happened. Like these are just templates that I've tried to match to things....sometimes moon/moon explains it better I think. Just have to translate moon degrees into the author's categories.

He's Cusp of Revolution (Scorpio-Sag) NN and I'm Week of Charm NN (hey don't laugh! ) (Scorpio III).

Edit: Well I cut and pasted the reading but feel kind of exposed sharing that. Like I'm telling Chapter Fifteen of a book that was twenty chapters long.

Sorry...you have to it manually. I convert the nodes into birthdays, though there is some room for error there, as this system doesn't stick to the degrees, but the dates.

My NN, 20 Scorpio, happens around Nov 13th. So that's my node date.

My ex's NN, I think 28 Scorpio? I use Nov 20th.

I can double check for accuracy using that site, by finding the other person's "Way." That site tells me my Way is from Natural to Charm. My ex goes from Energy to Revolution I think.

So I enter a date that shows me, Charm (LOL) paired with Revolution. If I guessed Nov 16th as a guess for his 28 Scorpio NN that would show a reading for Charm with Charm. Which is wrong.

Because I am familiar with the book, I just pick a date in the center of each "personology period" (ie, section of the zodiac, as the author divides them.) I don't try and match the NN degree to an exact date, I just go for the center of the personology period that the NN degree falls into.

So, if I know a person's NN is on a cusp, I just chose the 20th for the date, knowing it will always give me that cusp.

For Aries I, Taurus I, etc, I choose the 27th of the relevant month.

For Aries II, Taurus II, etc, I choose the 5th of the month.

For Aries III, etc, I chose the 15th.

Hope that isn't too confusing.

Many times when there's someone that I need to be around a lot, such as at work. I'll look up "The Secret Language" along with the Astrology.
