I haven't experienced it in synastry, but I have it in my birth chart. It's obsessive. Rather deep too. If I'd guess how it would play out in synastry I'd say: Internet stalking. Deep conversations. Inquisitive. Maybe you're trying to psychoanalyze each other; really try to uncover the other person's core through your conversations. You could be obsessed with finding out as much as possible about one another. What are your experience with it hitherto?

I have a dubble whammy mercury opposite pluto with a guy I actually don't know (not a star but a popular guy) and "internet stalking" sound pretty accurate just kidding hah but it is definitely obsessive thinking. Occasionally, most of the time I don't care but this started years ago.
I have strong VIII and XII and he has all his personal planets in my VIII and XII so that is probably why him. I feel that strange empathy for him.

Oh, you're very welcome, but don't take my word for it. I just tried to translate my natal experience with it to synastry. Sometimes that aspect makes me a little too inquisitive for my own good. I want to plunge into the dark and juicy stuff right away when getting to know someone. Some people may be tolerant of it while others may be more comfortable to skim the surface. That's why I thought it would bring deep, inquisitive conversations in synastry, especially with a DW

Does this "popular guy" of yours know of your existence? Because I'm not sure synastry is activated unless you interact with each other!

No, he don't know me but actually, we passed on the street years ago. I pretended that I didn't saw him and he was stares at me

But I am thinking about him so he has some impact on my life (like wasting time :P or thinking about human nature, he inspires me in some way) and that is really interesting when we can start talking about synastry. Like for example an artist and a fan. Artists have a huge influence on others. They don't know each other but an artist can make his life better. I think that must be marked in their synastry and felt by a fan.

I met mercury-plutonian type people like you! That can be very overwhelming

I have the conjunction and experienced the opposition with my recent ex. I have also seen it play out with other people. Thingsgoneby has an accurate description. The potential for manipulation and talking down to the other person is unfortunately pretty high with this aspect though.

I had the opposition in a recent synastry, I was pluto. We got along well for the most part, but then out of the blue something I said would irritate him and make him mad. As the relationship grew, him being mad went from "i'm irritated" to full on verbal berating of me.

We did not really talk about deep things, but I think that was because of other things happening. He was pretty controlling in general, which I didn't learn until later into the relationship. He manipulated most things between us to be what he wanted, and conversations were the same.

As usual, this is not an isolated aspect. The whole chart takes affect.

I have it dw with my current so.

There's a lot of other dw's going on too, but there is a theme of deep discussion and analysis between us. There have been times when I've shared some things with him only to later have it thrown in my face during an argument. But there are also times when we share things with each other that are handled with care. It's a doozie and can go either way in my opinion.
