This isn't for me, it's for a friend of mine and he doesn't have an account here.

But basically, he has three significant conjunctions between his Lilith and another girl's planets. They are:

His Lilith conjunct her Uranus (0°)
His Lilith conjunct her Venus (3°)
His Lilith conjunct her Mars (3°)

I know it's just three aspects in a whole synastry chart, but isn't Lilith like the dark, very untamed side of a woman? It's like Pluto but for women in particular, it brings out their most hyper-sexual side or something? Would the aspects above suggest SHE would potentially be the one obsessed with HIM or vice versa??

Lilith is like the dark side of the moon. Moon is inherently feminine, yes so this is the presence of dark feminine energy in the relationship. There's likely to be a lot of power struggles between the both of them but they also are seductive energies with Lilith as well. Most likely it'll be a highly passionate relationship with tons of sexual energy.
Strong Lilith relationships can turn obsessive.
