The aspects you list here give an incomplete list since the declinations (parallels and contra-parallels) are not included. I counted only those aspects involving planets (since I do not have verified Ascendants, etc) and within 5° of exact (except for Jupiter trine Sun, Moon trine Venus). Its roughly equal with 9 positives and 10 negatives. And that is counting Moon opposite Mercury as a positive, which most would not.Not a complete synastry picture, because if the Sun-Venus part also involves a parallel, and if there are other positives in the declinations, it can change the picture. Also could round out in a very positive way if you have fully verified Ascendant/MC figures for both of you.
The thing that stands out is actually your North Node & Mars square his Sun-Uranus. That doesn't make for the kind of stable dynamic for building a future in domestic harmony. By itself it doesn't prevent it, but you'll need more indicators of domestic compatibility (harmonious Moon aspects, etc). That figure is a bit like two impulses going in different directions. It tends to indicate a temporary fireworks.
Don't take this as something final, but as food for thought.
