Would a draconic aspect in synastry be interpreted the same way as a regular synastry aspect?

My boyfriend's Draconic Mars is exactly opposite my Draconic Venus, but I can't figure out how to interpret it.

Unless there's anything else conjunct those points in your tropical or 'regular' synastry, this isn't likely to have an effect.

Also, it should be within 2º at most.
