For example, Venus in 12th house synastry, wouldn't Venus connected to the 12th house be the MOST powerful Venus house overlay? I understand Venus also rules the 7th house, but isn't Neptune the higher octave of Venus? It takes the qualities of Venus and amps it up to mystical/supernatural levels or something, from what I've read.Venus being connected to the higher form of itself is supposed to be the most powerful placement for Venus, apparently. So Venus in 12th house synastry would theoretically be the most profound Venus house overlay connection, right? IP: Logged |

If both parties of the relationship can act on the high octave of neptune/12 house then it might be a mystical feeling on the positive side. However, it can be difficult for some people to not function in the low level. There would be more negative connotations to do with venus in 12th house overlay, rather than venus in 7th overlay because that is said to be the best placement (since it's at home). In the 12th house it may become profound but thanks to unfortunate/painful circumstances.IP: Logged |
