in my synastry, his Uranus squares my Nodes, 1' orb.
He rattles my cage continuously and its up-nerving most of the time. I suppose the conjunction would be like infusing constant supply of new energy without an antidote, while with the square ( both Nodes are affected equally) it's a YES, BUT feeling

you mean - the substance, and what material the NN is made of?

Mine is made of a porous, sponge like expandable substance. it's in Pisces.
All the harsh, pointy Virgo stuff from the Virgo SN gets mellowed up when NN takes charge, and it being on my ASC- it's leading the way and pulling the carriage. The thing is - since i have Sun and DSC on my South Node, sometimes i get stuck in my comfort zone and the carriage stops, I am like - nah, i feel good, its comfy, I am not going anywhere, bye.. And thats when his Sagittarian Uranus comes in and kicks my butt
