I've dated a couple people with this before and I feel like I've messed it up. My cap venus needs to know what's up before I can relax, they however need admiration in order to be happy. It's hard for me to take the gamble on that. So what happens after you mess up with this guy? When you've been mean and have had a pretty bad attitude toward them. He's still around and all, but I can tell he's not as happy with me, like I don't make him feel as good as I did. Anyway, are there any Leo venus people out there that can give some advice on things that make you feel happy and desired. Thanks  IP: Logged |

I have venus in leo (& in the 5th house!). Outcomes might vary depending on what other chart placements he has (i would look to the moon..). But, leo is generally a very warm and passionate sign. Even though they can demand a lot of attention and affection, they will likely (if they like you) shower you with just as much in return. I always thinking trying to talk to someone openly and honestly is the best but with leo they might be too prideful in the moment to admit anything.. They are a fixed sign so they can be a bit stubborn. But all in all (if you have learnt that the person is mad or angry) they will probably enjoy being able to have a good laugh or do something FUN with you
Flattery is nice, but make sure to return/respect their loyalty (if you are someone they take pride in).IP: Logged |

He absolutely used to take a lot of pride in me. Recently I've done some things to lose my cool and not presented myself in the greatest manner. Like childishly arguing with a couple of his friends after he told them about an argument we had. I just wasnt sure if there were any "ALWAYS DO THIS" or "NEVER DO THAT'S" I should know in continuing, lol.I appreciate all of your help IP: Logged |

I'm seeing a man with Venus in Leo in the 5th! I like to flatter him, tell him how beautiful he is, and how soft smooth skin he has...he is very vain...and very handsome! I feel like I'm the man and he's the girl lol! But it seems to be working.
Plus his Venus squares my sun...a highly superficial aspect....he loves that I admire him and vice versa.
Try not to bruise his ego. But as Leo is a fixed sign, they stay long time in relationships.IP: Logged |

Hmmm... Venus in leo really likes someone who shines and who makes them shine from my observations. I have venus in gemini but un my 10th house so I can understand needing the structure or bottom line before opening up. Actions speak lounder than words. However my progressed venus is in leo and attention, communication , friendly lightheartness, structure those things seem to be things that I look for. My pride can be hurt easy although I may be reluctant to show it. IP: Logged |

You're asking all the big questions. I hope you get some answers, because I'm in the same situation. I feel like I've done nothing but mess up constantly in my relationship. I want my Venus in Leo to be happy with me even though I can tell he's just not. It's hard to find out what I'm doing wrong. A relationship where you have to walk on egg shells and try and figure out what gets the other person mad,is not ideal.Having said that, I also want to say that Cap/Leo energy can attract each other but also frustrate each other. Do you have fire placements or them any earth? Its hard to advise with so little information. IP: Logged |

Moon- aqua
Mercury- Pisces
Mars- Taurus
Venus cap- Him
Sun- cancer
Moon- Pisces
Mercury- cancer
Mars-cancer
Venus- Leo I had a Leo Venus ex and I seem to have the same slight disconnect with him too. It's like we want it to work, but only one of us can be happy and feel loved at a time maybe? It's like, I know what he wants, but I have a hard time giving it.

Tbf she is been mean and giving him an attitude and we don't know how bad or regularly she is doing this, he would have no balls and be a doormat if he did not get upset about her behavior. IP: Logged |

What?! I'm asking for general information here. Nobody gets along perfectly ever, and I like to do my best to give people what they want, hence the reason I'm asking! Wow I did give advice did you not see it earlier?? and I did not use the word abuse ever. I basically repeated what you said on the original post about your behavior towards him which you disclosed voluntarily and never did I judge you or your situation in my head at any time, wow, talk about been misunderstood. Relationships are hard and I personally don't behave appropriately a portion of the time and am the last person to judge, just bc I am making an impartial observation does not mean I am looking down at you at all. What I said stroke a nerve for some reason but that was totally not my intention at all.

just say that he is beautifull, when u feel to, not just because you think he will like it. And be yourself, I know it is difficult, expecially with him having an uranus aspect, because, like you said u will have difficulties understanding the man. And yeah, Leos are ruled by the Sun, and the Sun is the Law, they are people conected with Valor, and they honor it, they will treat you differnt if your around him and start playing silly games.
Leos do not attack, they don`t need to..
