I would say it's the Chiron-Chiron conjunction and even the Mars opposition Venus. Probably mutual.

Most of your connections are in conflict - squares, even your Ascendants. However, he puts all of his personal planets in your 12th and 1st house, so the attraction is huge - you are drawn to each other. Your Venus is also on his ASC, however it's sitting in his 12th house so this explains why your affection has remained a secret. His Venus is also on your ASC, and also in your 12th house and so you really like each other physically. He may very well be keeping his feelings in secret as well. Your Mars square his ASC also so you're sexually rubbed by him but there's just some tension with that.

This is why you always feel like something should happen when you're both around. I've just read that you don't have his birth time - so most of what I said is based on the charts as you posted them and where his ASC falls. Perhaps omit the points I've stated in relation to his ASC.
