angel's post got me thinking.I mean yes, there a millions of people across the world with the same name as you/your SO, but how many of those people would have like in angel's case where her SO's name in her natal conjuncts her name in his(?) chart. Or like in my case, where my SO's name in my chart is conjunct his ASC and my name in his chart is conjunct my ASC.. I started off replying to angel that I wouldn't use this as a soul mate indicator, and I still wouldn't on it's own, but I wonder if you do your standard synastry check and then include name asteroids when you add love asteroids how prominent they would be. What are you and your SO's names doing in each other's charts? Post charts if you'd like IP: Logged |

I know people make fun of asteroids and downplay them, but I find that name asteroids are always meaningful in a synastry. I also find them significant in composites. If you pay attention, they will tell you part of the story.Example, I know this engaged couple. Her name asteroid conjuncts his Briede. His other couple, her name asteroid conjunct his sun. Another one, has his name asteroid conjunct her descendant. This other couple that can't seem to get in their relationship going, her name asteroid is square his saturn and square his Mars. She wants him more than he wants her.

There isn't an asteroid named after my partner (nickname, forename or surname), so I can't speak to that. However, in his chart, my name asteroid is in his 7th house conjunct his 8th house Sun (2'). My name in my chart sextiles his Moon (1').IP: Logged | |
