If you are doing magi astrology, it is, if within 3 degrees, and only in synastry (they do not use composites)IP: Logged |

What about Chiron conjunct Sun would that be considered a long-term aspect in synastry? Also do contra-parallel aspects count? Would any of these be considered contra-parallel? Chiron - 17°42'42" N Neptune 19°58'32" S Venus - 6°10'59" N Juno - 5°28'31" S quote: Originally posted by Ceridwen: If you are doing magi astrology, it is, if within 3 degrees, and only in synastry (they do not use composites)

"What about Chiron conjunct Sun would that be considered a long-term aspect in synastry? Also do contra-parallel aspects count?" Yes, they call it "linkage of trust", it is good for longterm relationship (though you`d need romance linkages as well of course). Of course all this is only in relation to magi astrology. Other astrology would see these aspects differently. "Chiron - 17°42'42" N Neptune 19°58'32" S" No. Orb is 1 degree, 1°12 at most. "Venus - 6°10'59" N Juno - 5°28'31" S" Yes. IP: Logged |

So having a long-term linkage (Sun and Chiron) and a Ultimate Sexual linkage (Venus contra-parallel Juno) in synastry. Would basically mean a long-term sexual affair? quote: Originally posted by Ceridwen: "What about Chiron conjunct Sun would that be considered a long-term aspect in synastry? Sun-Chiron is more a trust linkage, it CAN work longterm, but from Magi perspective you need Neptune for longterm things. and Venus-Juno will burn out completely. IP: Logged |

Of course Magi astrology is not really that infallible as they like to think. IP: Logged |

Do you think contraparallel and parallels are relevant in synastry? For example Moon parellel Moon in synastry would that basically be Moon conjunct Moon? And would the two people in synastry feel contraparallel and parallel aspects? quote: Originally posted by Ceridwen: Of course Magi astrology is not really that infallible as they like to think.
