She does have Virgo venus in the 9th house. That itself, to me, shows someone who would rather be untamed until they have found someone perfectly "fit" for them or until they have "perfected" themselves.

She also has three planets in the first house, which can indicate a person who tends to just focus on themselves and do their own thing. Her Sag moon may also make her wary of commitment. These people like having their space and freedom.

Emphasis of planets on the 10th house will also make her a career-oriented person as well. She may be the type to get married later when her career is secure and stanle.

However with a Libra NN, partnership is a goal, a kind of karmic assignment. Her DSC ruler is conjunct the NN, strengthening that need. And she is a Libra. Sun conjunct Chiron may reflect some troubles with feeling okay in relationships, or a divide between career goals and personal goals. She may have to deal with co-workers taking a romantic interest, or people may wonder if she has rightfully worked her way up the ladder or just been granted favors because of her looks and charm. Perhaps there will be a struggle to get people to recognize her work for what it is.

She is barely 20, she has a whole life ahead of her. It's too soon to really tell; however, the 7th house ruler Mercury in love-related Libra in the 10th could show her meeting her future partner through work. Also, her 5th house of romance and flirtations is Taurus who is a sensual sign and ruled by planet of love Venus which is in detriment in Virgo, but is making mostly positive aspects except for the minor sesquiquadrate to Uranus (but it's a MINOR aspect so it's not as bad). Venus trining Jupiter and Neptune is exceptionally positive for love too.
