Anytime you have an eclipse hitting your sun, that's a big deal. In this case, you have a stellium hitting your stellium. You also have things hitting in that Cancer area. Your Natal Venus/mars trine to Neptune, and they both boomerang back to your stellium, which includes two exalted planets, sun and mercury. This will set off a massive amount of power in that area.
