Does Pluto Aphrodite conjunct in a composite or synastry (or even natally) act like Pluto Venus?

I thought it might be quite a sexy aspect just like Venus but am not sure the strength because it is an asteroid. I have noticed that Aphrodite does affect things generally though.

Have a guys Aphrodite conjunct MY Venus, would like to know how that one works.

He has been lying to 3 different girls to "maintain" secret relationships, me being one of them. Gemini sun and moon go figure.. But I know he is absolutely the most beautiful perfection, I can stare at him forever.. but I can not allow him to have power over me 😒
