I have been working with this person for about 3 months, I thought we were friends, until I found out he complained to my boss about me (wha wha, poor baby, was sensitive that I may back out of a project). He claims he communicated well, but I have not thought that.

Despite that, I kept letting things go because I thought we were friends...

Do you see potential issues with this person? Is there some sort of Neptune stuff going on that made me not see this coming?

He claims his birth time is right, but I'm not 100% sure...I'm on the outside.

Nice observation there! Yea, we got into a tiff lately because he did not communicate something very well, and then went to my boss saying I'm not getting it. Then we went out for a drink to talk it through, and it seemed like he genuinely was more interested in getting to know me than resolving the issue.

Things like:
-What stresses me out?
-How he can help me get the President to like me more
-How he can provide boy advice
-How he has a brother I could meet...??

It was just odd to me. I mean, I did think we were friends (we just met 3 months ago) but he stepped on my toes by escalating to my boss (over something so stupid)...it just doesn't make sense...

Sometimes I wonder if he likes me? He will ask if I'm going to come into the office, etc (I tend to remote more). He also, when I first met him, told me he is in an Open Marriage. But I've met his wife, and he talks about her all the time (and not that I want to even get involved)...so I don't think he's trying to have some sexual fling with me. I'm jut baffled by his behavior...it's so inconsistent.

Haha.. bingo.

Looking at the composite there I'm just noticing the really strong Sun/Moon quincunx there which is fundamentally so much harder than the square--there is a serious mismatch of energies which can be quite dynamic and fruitful but you might always feel in the dark about some things. With a quincunx it's like you can go into one room with the light on and once you've left that room and go into a dark room you can tell there's a light on in there but you can't see what's going on--in synastry you just have two different zones where you walk between them if you're lucky, you know, cause then you've sort of completed this challenge zone. I wonder how much astrology would look like a board game if you mapped it all out in colours...

Anyway sometimes that gap is traveled together, as in this composite chart where you're both exploring your own and one another's worlds as they exist together. There is something strange about the match which doesn't quite.

A composite Sun Moon quincunx can be very productive, as in compelling interaction which sometimes yes misses the boat entirely. And they're often going to want to pick at one another and figure one another out, especially with the other indications of mutual interest/intrigue in the chart comparison.

You think about one another and enjoy one another on a deep almost unconscious level, courtesy of Venus and Pluto. The attraction is strong and so is the potential for repulsion. Pluto is so close yet soooo far you know? ...

Anyway the quincunx is always on the way to resolution, just like any aspect on the wheel-it's just this particular step which causes adjustment, as they say... I don't know if that makes sense.

Other connecting factors will usually exist to pull you close at times and in other realms but the fundamental feeling of disconnect between the official or day-time "ego" id and quintessence of the relationship... and the lunar, night time side, the deeper inconsistent moving pulsing inner self which corresponds to growth and decay and movement... all of this here is very important to note when understanding this quincunx.

A person can understand a great deal about any relationship by looking at the way that certain planets and lights interact with other specific ones, just by the phase of cycle they are with one another. Are they applying to one another or separating--is this a waxing crescent or a waning square--very different energies. We can look at things like that.

Such charm and intrigue, idealism and interest and likely an element of extremity or all-or-nothing in the conversations and interactions.

I think everything probably feels a long drawn out verbal dance, and in part this sort of dance/game is facilitated by the stability of the work environment. Saturn gives a relationship a place to hang it's hat, as it were, and is here now connected with the Sun. So there's a stability and a long term flow to the progression of the interactions which one can't help but build on. Might as well eh?

One thing that had been built was this sort of intense repartee and a weird accusation and stuff which Mercury Venus square Pluto can totally dream up. Pluto just conjures these things... drama, power struggles. In composite with squares it really does. Venus Pluto especially. Romantic/deadly (or threatening your reputation, whatever burying looks like to you)--and then rising from those ashes. As you two did. In a small way anyway?

It's important to note that there are always going to be small deaths in a relationship which focuses Pluto in any way. It's unavoidable to go sinking into chasms when you're walking that far away on a little dark planet which is so far away... and yet so close!

So I just realized, I have a DW Pluto/Venus with this one, and his business partner, (see thread here: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum35/HTML/006465.html)...

They both have Pluto/Venus natal.

Does this mean they are not even feeling all of this intensity I am feeling?

I wlll add I have a VERY wide Pluto/Venus orb at around 12 degrees....not sure if that negates from protection from this aspect...

However, I have a wide Pluto/Moon aspect at 10 orb, but I FEEL Pluto/Moon aspects, but only really I am the Moon...is that normal? As Pluto, it's like I don't even notice...wondering if this is happening to these 2 guys....

For the person on this thread, the orbs are smaller on the DW (4 orb Conjunction, him being Pluto, 1 orb with me being the Pluto, 1 orb Inconjunct)....

For the person on the other thread, 4 orb conjunct, him Pluto, and 9 orb Opposite when I am Pluto...does he feel the Venus in himself??

LMK if that made sense...
