Do you mean a couple's potential to have children or if a parent-child relationship shows up?I don't know much about the former, but am seeing my son's relationships starting to show up. Eg his Juno is conjunct my ascendant - he literally changed my identity to 'mother' And I'm also seeing lots of saturn-saturn action between his chart and the charts of some of those who could have a significant relationship with him, eg my dad. hi libragirl!
when the woman's moon or venus are in the man's 5th, there will "often" be children.
other situations can be if the composite 5th cusp is in taurus, cancer, scorpio, pisces (fertile signs), can also point to children. so does the composite ceres in the 5th, or the man's ceres conjunct the woman's moon or venus. and course the biggest indicatiors, the man's sun in aspect to the woman's moon especially, and her venus too maybe. * please don't them too much into account though, there is definitely a lot more to it!
