I know this aspect can lead to people lying and cheating on their partner and their partner being none the wiser, but what if it goes both ways? My Cap moon conjuncts his Cap Neptune 0 degrees and his Cap Moon conjuncts my Cap Neptune at 3 degrees.

Any aspect can lead to lying and cheating on their partner, both of which are dependent upon the will in the soul.

You would likely have common ground in regards to the stress on your wills (similar magnitude of temptation).

They would be independent also since you both are not one will. There are two wills involved.

What other effects would the aspect between Moon and Neptune make? I also have this with my SO, Moon-Neptune conjunct both ways and Moon-Moon conjunction (8 degrees, not tight)
