It means your Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven and Imum Coeli are almost exact. I have this with my mom and sister

Only had a really quick look, but in addition to the angles and the moon-pluto as Beautiful_Light pointed out, I have to say I love her jupiter conjunct your NN.

This to me is lovely - that she is here to pull you towards your life purpose in a generous and expansive way.
