Topic: Sun conjunct North Node, Mars conjunct South Node Synastry

I wonder what that means, there's someone I'm interested in, his North Node conjunct my Sun exact, I heard that's like being new in this life? not that much Karma maybe, then again his Mars conjunct my South Node. Anyone know what that means? it dones't feel fated but I'm super attracted to him and he says he's attracted to me.IP: Logged |

The north node indicates the direction you need to be working towards. A lot of times, this is hard. But you are naturally going to express a lot of traits that he will like and be drawn to. Your South node would probably indicate that there is some karmic balancing act left between you two. Likely of the hot kind  IP: Logged |

You said you feel so attracted to him, despite not getting along that much most of the time. What kind of attraction are you experiencing? A strong sexual attraction? A deep emotional attraction? Both?

@Mohini108I feel is more of a sexual attraction I find him really really attractive despite the fact that he drives me crazy sometimes, we are so different yet I find myself looking for him, waiting for his call or whatever. It doesn't feel emotional to me, it doesn't feel fated, but then I could be wrong, most guys I have felt "strong" connection didn't last, then again I get too involve too quickly, so I don't know what to think, even though it doesn't feel emotional I'm scared it might grow into that. Yeah, I believe North Node in aspect to someone else's Moon (the planet of emotions) would create that deep emotional attraction and that fated quality to it. I have this aspect both ways with my SO, and it's powerful. I've always found the NN aspect intriguing. Some astrologers say it's the most overlooked aspect for bonding between two people. Some even swear that even if a synastry isn't that great, but there is significant Nodal ties (particularly the North Node), the couple will feel immense attraction regardless and stay together despite not having much compatibility in other areas. That's really interesting, so the NN in general touching someone else's personal planet would have that effect? I mean in this particular case is the Sun so maybe that's why it doesn't feel emotional but yet drawn to each other ? I'm the Sun person in this, and what's weird is that my Mars conjunct his South Node.

Pretty much, but of course tightness of degrees, and houses these aspects fall in the synastry chart play big roles. I'm not sure if the Sun/NN connection is what's causing your sexual attraction, it's likely another aspect and/or House overlay between you two, because the the NN isn't really a sexual planet, nor is the Sun unless both are aspected to Mars or Pluto in some form or fashion. From what I've read, A Sun/NN connection is more of a really really REALLY tight friendship sort of bond. Meaning, the two people will sense The other can help them grow, socially, career wise, etc.

Well the Sun/NN conjunction is EXACT at 22 degrees Cancer and his Mars on my South Node is at Libra with a 4 degree orb, this is interesting, I met a guy who's Sun conjunct my NN 2 months ago, it was the most ephemeral thing but it left a HUGE mark on me, is it possible that the NN person feels this more? so maybe with this guy the impact is from my Sun to his NN?
