This is one of my Key-To-Lock combinations. The synastry puts you in touch with the aspect. The planet that isn't integrated in your personality, you will come fact-to-face with through that person. Eg. Both men and women have a masculine side and a feminine side. In men the masculine is stronger, and in women the feminine is stronger. Nonetheless, he has his feminine side, and she her masculine side. Through their relationships both genders will meet the recessive side of their psyches. With her he will confront his feminine, and with him she will confront her masculine. In your own chart Venus & Pluto are your planets and that aspect is a part of your psyche. When aspects repeat in a synastry you will be brought face to face with the planet that is the most foreign to you. IP: Logged |

I'm confused because some sources say an aspect in natal repeated in synastry makes one used to that energy and therefore easier to deal with in synastry. Then other sources say that having a natal aspect repeated in synastry makes it harder? IP: Logged |

I have moon square Uranus and Neptune with just about everyone in my age group.I actually believe it feels exactly the same in natal. It's repeated. Yes we are familiar with the energy but I don't know if I can say I will ever get used to Uranus and Neptune's energy overall. Although I have squares to Uranus and Neptune natally, the amount of surprise and shock is still the same. Now what I can say is, let's say you have squares in natal but trines/ sextile in either synastry or composite, dealing with the same planets, those trines and sextiles are wonderfully felt and even appreciated. All of my Positive Uranian relationships have really helped me figure out a lot of issues with my own Negative Uranus aspects. I guess without all the tension and turmoil, it's easier to shed light on your own. I'm still learning but this is from personal experience. Whatever patterns, symbolism is in your natal will always be in your significant relationships to a degree. You attract what's already inside of you. Some people we meet bring out the positive, some the negative but the decision on how we feel is always up to us and Astrology helps with this. I hope I helped. Again, these are just based off my own personal experiences. IP: Logged |

It is relative Everyone has two hands, but one hand is usually more dominant than the other. If you were made to write your name with your dominant hand - writing your name will be considered an easy thing to do. If you were then made to write your name with your non-dominant hand - writing your name will be considered a very hand thing to do. Same person, same tools, same exercise. As with all things, there are exceptions, like ambidexterity, but exceptions aren't the norm and can't be used to make the rules. IF you have Sun/Venus in natal and you're a Sun type, having to play Sun in a Sun/Venus synastry will be quite easy. However, if you're a Sun type, and you are made to play Venus in a Sun/Venus synastry it will present quite a challenge as you're now in unfamiliar territory. IP: Logged |
